In April 2026, I opened Lucky Penny Books & Gifts, a highly curated book and gift shop along the Erie Canal in Upstate NY.

I worked with my partner to create the branding and interior design for the space, and we focused heavily on our digital presence. I do all of the sourcing myself.

The shop sells a unique assortment of books, rotating through 15-20 titles monthly, as well as accessories, art, baby & kids, bath, gifts, home decor, jewelry, kitchen, paper & stationery, and more!

I focus on local artisans and small-batch makers across the U.S. All items are carefully sourced and unique, and they’re held to a high standard of quality. The shop’s ethos is simple: handmade with heart.
