I’m Haley, a Visual Designer & Illustrator with 8+ years of experience in both in-house and agency settings, crafting brand stories for Fortune 500 companies, internationally recognized brands, and book publishers. I’ve spent the last 5 years working in-house at Goodreads/Amazon Books, helping to build a highly illustrative, reader-focused brand that connects readers to the books they love, from the ground up. This year, I left sunny San Diego, CA, to relocate to my hometown of Rochester, NY, where I opened a small book & gift shop called Lucky Penny along the Erie Canal.

Prior to my chapter at Goodreads, I spent years working at advertising agencies on the East and West Coasts as a digital designer on clients such as Headspace, the WNBA, Oofos, Mercari, Lumify, Cupcake Vineyards, New York Fashion Week, and more.

I love to read, see live music, and try new coffee shops. I’m a big fan of Remi Wolf, baseball, silversmithing, and learning new hobbies (thanks, Pinterest!).
